I live in South Fort Worth and my office is in downtown Fort Worth.  However, if you live anywhere in the metroplex, I will come to you, at no charge, for an initial consultation.  In fact, if you live in Bryan or Wichita Falls, I'll bet we can make the same arrangement, and if you live anywhere in Central Texas or West Texas, I'll see if we can do the same.

I handle some cases on a contingent fee, and you pay expenses.  Call me to discuss how you would like your case to be handled.

Most matters are handled for a fee of $200.00 per hour.  I generally bill at the end of each month by email transmission, and expect payment on receipt.  If you can't pay right away, call me to discuss.  Otherwise, I'll send you three reminders at two week intervals, and then withdraw from handling your matter and seek collection of the amounts due.
