Probate in Texas
is easy. It's not necessary to spend a lot of money on probating a will, and it's not necessary to do any planning
to avoid probate in Texas. It's simple and it's inexpensive. Don't be fooled by people trying to sell
"Living Trusts" to avoid probate. There may be a number of reasons to have a living trust, but avoiding probate
is not one of them in Texas.
